This Beaver Lake vacation rental cottage provides peaceful lodging and a little piece of heaven. We are located on the lake's southern shores, a winding 12 miles drive east of Rogers in beautiful Northwest Arkansas.
Just down the road is Rocky Branch Park, offering picnicing, swimming areas & the largest full service marina on the lake. We are also surrounded by the 11,744 acres of the Hobbs Park / Conservation area.
The rental is located on a private nine (9) acre estate and was originally built in 1925 for area loggers. It has recently been lovingly restored to a cozy getaway cottage. Escape from the hassle of traffic & bright city lights and catch deer grazing in the yard as you sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch, take a walk to a nearby established hiking trail, see eagles soaring overhead or sit & watch the stars under a clear night's sky.
It simply doesn’t get any better.
It's a spot second to none for a cozy weekend get-a-way, a fishing adventure (we've got the best striper bass in the state), exploring the White, Mulberry or War Eagle rivers by canoe/kayak/inner tube, a great family vacation, to enjoy our spectacular fall colors, to visit the many area craft & antique fairs (War Eagle Mill is only 4 miles away), for local area sporting events or to escape from the snow, ice and frigid winters of the northern states. It also makes a great base camp for Bikes, Blues & BBQ motorcycling or to watch the various fishing and ski tournaments held annually on Beaver Lake. We’re a short drive away from Little Rock, Memphis, Dallas, Tulsa, Springfield and Kansas City.

There are countless things to do and places to see in Northwest Arkansas, from fishing to antique shopping and everything in between. Arkansas is called the "Natural State" and contains more scenic byways than any other in the US. Whether you prefer 2 wheels or 4, our roads will bring breathtaking views of the Ozarks and are waiting to be explored. Bring your boat or RV, there's plenty of free parking & you are only minutes away from a free public boat ramp and the un-crowded enjoyment of Beaver Lake’s 30,000 acres of open water and 500 miles of shoreline.
